Preventive maintenance

Preventive and predictive maintenance software is an effective tool for maintenance personnel and spare parts management personnel. Within this module, you have tools at your disposal that provide you with a perfect overview of the machines and their condition. There is also information on the consumption of spare parts, the history of repairs and preventive maintenance performed on the machine. Maintenance planning can be done in the form of operational as well as annual plans. Recording of performed maintenance is related to repair planning and spare parts warehouse management. By using this module, you will increase productivity and efficiency in all activities related to preventive maintenance. By using predictive maintenance tools, you then have the opportunity to optimize preventive maintenance periods and thus significantly reduce the level of preventive maintenance costs.

Tools for managing the spare parts warehouse are available to provide a complete overview of the spare parts (ND) status, tools for receiving and dispensing of spare parts, and tools related to ordering spare parts.

To monitor the effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance, tools are available to analyze the volume and cost of repairs, preventive maintenance performed, and spare parts consumption analysis. Of course, there are also statements of the volume of activities performed and costs by department and machine. Trends of measured indicators of predictive maintenance are evaluated according to the time axis or operating hours.
