Metrology - administration, registration, calibration of gauges and MSA. Mobile application included.
Metrology software is an effective tool for controlling gauges and measuring devices subject to metrological order. It meets all requirements arising from ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and the standard for accreditation of calibration laboratories EN ISO IEC 17025. The methods used are in accordance with MSA 4th edition. The method of assessing the capability of gauges is in accordance with VDA 5.
"Metrology" software is available in four variants:
Language versions - In the METROLOGIE software, you can freely switch between the language versions CZECH, ENGLISH, in which it is supplied as standard. In total, you can switch between up to 6 language mutations.
Gauge repeatability study - Cg, Cgk, Control diagram method - Cp, Cpk R&R study (GRR) - range-based method (MSA), R&R study (GRR) - range-based method - BOSCH M3 (for automatic machines) R&R study (GRR) - range-based method - Non-replicable measurement R&R study (GRR) - method based on average and span (MSA) R&R study (GRR) - ANOVA method Graphical analysis of gauge capability, Attributive studies - cross-tabular method, short method study - signal detection model
To facilitate work in other parts of the program, you will define code lists such as gauge categories, gauge types, product list, staff, calibration centers, calibration procedures, etc.
The "Gauge records" and "Gauge card" are used to record and store the necessary data on the gauge, where, in addition to the basic data on the gauge, you will also find data on calibration, history of use and repairs. The gauge card is connected to the program part of the "Calibration" module and the resulting data from the calibration process are automatically transferred to the gauge card. These are data on the calibration result, calibration date, calibration expiration date, protocol number, measurement uncertainty, etc. The history of external and internal calibrations is automatically recorded. If you have reports from external calibrations in electronic form, you can attach them to the calibration record and then open the calibration report directly from the program.
The program is also adapted for the control of gauges according to individual production plants. When you require employees of a given production plant to have access only to gauges of the same plant.
The program also includes functions for creating your own print reports. And functions for changing the names of items and texts in forms and in already predefined print reports.
The program includes functions for assessing the applicability of gauges (determination of the minimum tolerance Tmin) in relation to the resolution of the gauge, the expanded uncertainty, the limit value Gpp and the limit rate of resolution. The assessment of the usability of gauges is in accordance with VDA 5.
Calibration is a useful tool to ensure proper control and performance of internal and external gauge calibrations.
The basic elements of "calibration" are:
To record borrowed gauges and record the history of loans, use the functions of the "Distribution point" part of the program. Gauge borrowings are automatically recorded on the gauge card, giving you an instant overview of the actual gauge location.
The Metrology Professional module contains methods for investigating the suitability of gauges, including methods for attributive gauges. A useful function of this part of the program is to display the performed studies of gauges according to products.
